The Flow Approval Session is an online coaching session. After you’ve booked the session and it has beend confirmed by the teacher you will receive the meeting details via email. If you have questions please reach out to the booked teacher.

If you want to reschedule or cancel your meeting please reach out to your booked teacher. After your booking you should have received an email with the meeting details. We also mentioned the contact information of your teacher there.

Yes, you need a laptop/tablet for best results and you should have at least basic experience with online meetings. In order to show your flow you will need to play music and show yourself in front of the camera.

For European teachers the given prices are charged in Euro. For all other regions the prices are based on USD.
